Shipping Policy
We understand that you are excited to receive your order. At The Wardrobe Club, we do our best to ensure that the shipping process runs as smoothly and transparently as possible.
Processing & Delivery Times
To offer the best value for money, we ship products directly from our supplier. This allows us to significantly reduce transportation, storage, packaging, and handling costs, enabling us to offer our products at a fair and competitive price.
All orders are processed within 24 hours.
The average delivery time is 7–14 business days.
Maximum Delivery Time
While most orders arrive within the average delivery timeframe, the maximum delivery time is 30 days from the shipping date.
An order is considered in transit until this maximum delivery period has passed. Delays within this timeframe do not automatically mean that a shipment is lost.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Tracking information is typically available online 1–3 business days after shipment and may update intermittently while the package is in transit.
Please note that temporary tracking inactivity does not necessarily indicate that a package is lost.
Delays & External Factors
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Weather conditions or logistical disruptions
If your order is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information first. You can also contact our support team so we can review the delivery status with you.
Missing, Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived after 30 days from the shipping date, please contact our support team. We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
If an order is confirmed as lost or cannot be delivered, we will assist you with a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where required.
Disputes, Refunds & Returns
Refunds, disputes, or chargeback claims for “item not received” cannot be processed while the order is still within the maximum delivery period and confirmed in transit, unless required by applicable law.
If the product does not meet your expectations after delivery, you may register a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or undelivered goods.
